Admission Documents
1. The folder for admission to the Faculty of Sciences and Arts' specializations must contain the following:
a) application form (in Romanian or Hungarian) - may be required at the place of enrollment;
b) baccalaureate degree in the original or certified copy (if the student is enrolled simultaneously at several universities or is already a student at another specialization) accompanied by a certificate from the institution holding the original;
c) the transcript, or proof thereof;
d) medical certificate type M.S. 18.1.1.;
e) 3 photos 3 x 4;
f) certified copy of birth certificate;
g) copy of ID card;
h) proof of payment of admission fee;
i) envelope.
2. In special cases, the following must be presented:
a) copy of marriage certificate or other document evidencing change of name;
b) certificate of the institution holding the original documents simultaneously;
c) the original or copy of bachelor degree for those who are already licensed;
d) diploma attesting the place I, II or III obtained at contests, with a request for recognition by the dean's office;
e) the documents required to prove acquitment of admission fee.
