Welcome to the webpage of Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania's Faculty of Sciences and Arts. Thank you in advance for your attention!

Who we are?

We are a private and independent university in Transylvania, which - in addition to faculties in Miercurea Ciuc and Târgu Mureş - serves the interest of science for almost a decade in Cluj, aspires to a quality education and also to create an atmosphere conducive to students.

What do we want?

Providing practical education in Hungarian both for students arrived from all over the country - due to European membership - and students arriving from abroad. We know that in addition to offer quality education, implementation of modern teaching methods and institutional flexibility are qualities that matter mainly when choosing a university. We are also aware of the fact that for some administrative problems, for students is essential the open and accessible Hungarian management.

We offer courses in Law, International Relations and European Studies, Film, Photography, Media and Environmental Science, varied with events, summer camps, international practical training. We also undertake conditions for professional development, membership in an academic community and partnership relationship between students and teachers.

What happens over three years?

Due to professional workshops, the library with thousands of publications, regular events and young teachers, the motivated and trained graduates can build a successful career. Our goal is to provide opportunity for development and substantiation of professional knowledge, namely those related to professional status.
