The Transition from the Old to the new Civil Code
The first public presentation organised by the Institute of Juridical Sciences in the new academic year will take place on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 6 o'clock in the main building of the University.
The lecture entitled 'The Transition from the Old Civil Code to the New Code. Matters Relating to Transitional Provisions' will be held by Veress Emőd, PhD, director of the Institute of Juridical Sciences. The presentation will examine the practical aspects of applying the new code came into force on 1 October.
