Lakatos Miska’s documentary wins the Grand Prize at this year’s 11th Filmgalopp

Lakatos Miska, lecturer at the Department of Media, won the Grand Prize of the competition at the 25th Filmtettfeszt – Transylvanian Hungarian Film Festival with his 93-minute documentary titled “You better learn it from me. Six Roma Portraits from the Cristuru Secuiesc Region.”

Research in India at the Liszt Institute – Sapientia Students in New Delhi

With the support of the Sapientia’s Institute of Research Programs, two of our master’s students, HORVÁTH-KOVÁCS Mátyás and BERECZKI Lilla, travelled to New Delhi, India, for research purposes.

A total of 132 short films were submitted to the competition, out of which the jury selected 17 for the competition program, including three graduation films created by Sapientia University students.
